The machine is designed for cutting wood-based panels such as MDF, plywood, and chipboard, making it perfect for large-scale furniture production and custom cabinetry, With its powerful 15kW motor, high-speed carriage, and ability to cut large panels up to 2850 x2850 mm, the KS-828 significantly increases production throughput while maintaining exceptional accuracy. Its integration with optimizer software allows for smart cutting sequences, minimizing waster and optimizing material usage. Edge Banding Automation

At Arch Industry, we use the KE-368 edge banding machine to ensure seamless and high-quality finishes for our wood panels. This advanced machine is designed for applying edge bands to panels, creating smooth, durable edges for furniture and cabinetry. With its pre-milling mechanism, the KE-368 ensures clean and precise edges before the glue is applied, providing a strong bond for the edge tape. CNC Drilling and Routing

At Arch industry, we use the KD-612CSD CNC drilling and routing machine to streamline our wood panel manufacturing process with precision and speed. This advanced machine is equipped with multiple drilling unites, including vertical, horizontal, and lower vertical drills, allowing us to create accurate holes for hardware installation and complex joinery. The dual spindles enable simultaneous milling operations, enchancing productivity. With its automatic tool-changing system and high-speed feeding capabilities, the KD-612CSD allows us to efficiently process large volumes of panels while maintaining exceptional quality. Additionally, the machine’s dust extraction system ensures a clean working environment, further improving the longevity and efficient of our production process. This powerful machine supports a wide range of applications, including custom cabinetry, furniture, and complex wood components.

High-Frequency Framing Automation

 At Arch Industry, we use the 3210-DT High-Frequency Framing Machine to enhance our wood framing processes.This advanced machine allows for the rapid and precise assembly of wooden frames using high-frequency heating. With its fast heating time of just 5-8 seconds per frame, we can efficiently glue wood components while maintaining top-tier precision, with an error margin of less than 0.1mm. 

The multi-point heating system ensures strong, durable bonds, and the machine’s stability and durability are enhanced through annealing and precision grinding.

Paint Spray Station

 At Arch Industry, we have a dedicated paint spraying station equipped with advanced  robotic arms for precise and efficient coating applications. These robotic arms ensure consistent coverage, even on complex shapes and large surfaces, providing flawless and uniform finish every time. 

The station is designed to handle high-volume production while maintaining the highest standards of quality control. We also feature controlled drying and curing rooms, where temperature and humidity are precisely managed through advanced machine controls to ensure optimal curing conditions.
